Shipping Policy
All orders are fulfilled by Convenient Corners, Inc. dba Keg N Bottle, a licensed retailer authorized to sell and ship alcoholic beverages where permitted by law.
The brand does not sell, offer to sell, or solicit sales of alcohol through its website. Through this website, customers may obtain information about alcoholic beverages, including product descriptions and pricing. The offer to purchase alcohol is ultimately made by Keg N Bottle as the licensed retailer. If a customer chooses to proceed with a purchase, payment is made directly to Keg N Bottle, which processes the order, fulfills the shipment, and arranges delivery where permitted by law.
This arrangement is not intended to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler, or distributor of alcoholic beverages to any retailer of alcoholic beverages, nor to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. Services may be limited or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to local laws, regulatory restrictions, or carrier limitations.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to place an order. A signature from an individual at least twenty-one (21) years of age is required upon delivery. Valid government-issued identification may be required at the time of delivery.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the shipment of alcohol complies with all applicable local and state laws.
No shipments are delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Our warehouse is located in Southern California. We do not ship outside the United States. We do not currently ship to the following states: MA, MI, MS, SC, TN, UT, MT, AR and AL.
Please note that orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are available only through 1-Day Air or 2-Day Air service. Standard Ground shipping is not available for these destinations.
Shipping Options
We ship via FedEx, UPS, GSO, and other approved carriers where available. Customers may choose Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air shipping options, subject to availability.
Because all alcoholic beverage deliveries require an adult signature and proof of identification, we strongly recommend shipping orders to a business address whenever possible to help avoid missed delivery attempts.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please allow additional processing time during high-volume periods and holidays, including Black Friday and Christmas.
Ground shipments generally require two (2) to ten (10) business days in transit after shipment. Transit times are estimates only and are determined by the carrier.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders are processed with priority handling and will generally ship on the following business day if the product is in stock. Orders placed for expedited shipping must be received before 4:00 PM Pacific Time to qualify for priority processing. Inventory availability is not guaranteed, and customers are encouraged to contact Customer Service if delivery timing is critical.
Customers may track their orders through the carrier's website using the tracking information provided after shipment.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Requests to modify a shipping address after an order has been processed cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Keg N Bottle is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, return shipping charges, rerouting fees, or other costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
