Return and Contact Information

This Return, Cancellation, and Failed Delivery Policy applies to orders processed through the DTC partner program fulfilled by Convenient Corners, Inc. dba Keg N Bottle.


Returns

Per California state law, alcoholic beverages may not be returned except where required by applicable law.

Our goal is for all customers to be satisfied with their orders. If you ordered an item in error or need to make a change, we may be able to modify or substitute the order before it is packaged or processed for shipment.

Once an order has been packaged, processed, shipped, or delivered, returns are not accepted unless required by law or approved by Keg N Bottle due to shipping damage, product defect, fulfillment error, or other qualifying issue.


Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind and request to cancel an order, the order may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

This fee helps offset processing, handling, and customer acquisition costs already incurred by Keg N Bottle. The fee may apply when the cancellation is not due to an error by Keg N Bottle.

Pre-sale item cancellations are also subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

If your order has already been processed and is awaiting shipment, the order may still be subject to the 10% cancellation fee.

If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, any applicable carrier return charges, and the 10% cancellation fee.


Failed Delivery Policy

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, inability to verify the recipient's age, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, plus any shipping charges required to return the package to Keg N Bottle.

Customers may choose either:

  • A refund minus the applicable cancellation fee, return shipping charges, and other related fees; or
  • To pay additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped, where permitted by law and carrier policy.


Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. A signature from someone at least twenty-one (21) years of age is required upon delivery. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required.

Keg N Bottle reserves the right to refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed.
